4. Document Access and Download Links
After purchase, your document is accessible via a unique, private download link. This link does not require an account to use. Please treat your download link like a password — anyone with access to the link can download your document. We recommend saving your PDF to a secure location and not sharing the download link publicly.
For additional security, you may create a free account to manage your documents behind password-protected login.
5. Information Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We may share your information with:
- Payment processors (Stripe) to process your transactions
- AI service providers (OpenAI) to generate your Power of Attorney documents. Your form data is sent to OpenAI's API solely for document generation — it is not used to train AI models
- Analytics providers (Google) for website analytics and advertising measurement. Google may use cookies to track ad conversions and site usage
- Service providers who assist in operating our website and services, subject to confidentiality obligations
- Legal authorities when required by law, court order, or governmental regulation
6. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services and fulfill the purposes described in this policy:
- Form data (names, addresses, dates of birth, phone numbers) used to generate your document is retained for 180 days, after which personal details are automatically purged from our systems.
- Generated document content is retained as long as your account exists or your download link remains active, so you can re-download your PDF.
- Payment records are retained as required by tax and financial regulations.
You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at support@simplepoapros.com. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
